For a Renewal of Vows there is no official regulations regarding paperwork etc, as this is not a legal ceremony

Terms and conditions: Prices are based on LAND ONLY, per couple, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Blackout dates & seasonal surcharges do apply during peak periods as availability becomes limited. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Conditions, amendment and cancellation fees apply. Free nights & discounts are already included in costs. A Non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to confirm and secure wedding date. A further non-refundable payment of 50% of the package total is due 90 days prior to wedding date. The balance of package total is due 30 days prior to wedding date. Wedding numbers can be added not subtracted at this point and full balance of payment is non-refundable. Any additional expenses pertaining to F&B tabs must be settled on the night of the wedding before reception ends. Any additions or extra services made on top of the package must be paid directly to the hotel. Wedding ceremony and/or reception packages can be upgraded but not be downgraded within 30 days prior to wedding date.
