At Omniche Holidays, we’re always listening to what matters most to our valued agent partners — and using that feedback to shape how we support and reward you. After recent conversations with both agents and our sales teams, we’ve made the decision to retire our Omnicash rewards program. While Omnicash has been a way for us to recognise your support, we understand that it’s not delivering the level of value, flexibility, or ease that you’re looking for. Many of you have told us there are other types of rewards and recognition that are more meaningful — and we’re taking that on board as we evolve our approach.
What you need to know
Final points accrual:
You can continue to earn Omnicash points until 31 March 2026.
To qualify, all new enquiries must be booked and have money on file by this date.
Points redemption:
You’ll have until 30 April 2026 to redeem any remaining points in your account. After this, the Omnicash program will be formally closed.
What's next?
This isn’t the end of rewarding your support — it’s a step toward doing it better.
