Favourite Destination: I enjoy a flop and drop holiday. The snorkelling and white sands at Isle of Pines, New Caledonia are the best I’ve seen in the South Pacific!
Favourite Tour: Most memorable tour would be the Island Fish Fry on Norfolk Island. Eating local cuisine and being entertained on a cliff top overlooking a beautiful bay at sunset, what more could you ask for! Also deep sea fishing in Vanuatu....the people are so friendly and they have the most amazing reef fish.
